Assistant Director of Nursing
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Director of Nursing to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with all current federal and state regulations and guidelines that govern long-term care and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualified candidates must possess a current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse and have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a D.O.N., Assistant D.O.N., or supervisor in a long-term care facility.

LPN/RN Staff Nurse
Full-time positions are available on various shifts.  Current Indiana licensure as an LPN/RN is required and prior experience at a hospital or long-term facility is preferred.  In addition, the qualified candidate should have MDS and case mix experience.

Certified Nursing Assistant
Full-time positions are available on evening and night shifts.  This position requires Indiana certification.

Dietary Aide
Full-time day/evening shifts available.
