Long Term Care Administrator
This position is responsible to ensure the facility is operating in accordance
with all current federal, state, and local standards and regulations that govern
long-term care facilities as well as to direct the day to day operation of the
facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to the
residents. The candidate selected for this opportunity will make regular
reports and written recommendations to the facility’s governing Board of
Directors. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a health related field and a
Master’s degree in business or health care administration is preferred. Must
also hold a current Indiana Health Facility Administrator’s license. A minimum
of ten years management level experience is required and prior experience as an
Administrator in a long term care facility is highly desirable.
Staff Development Nurse Coordinator
This position is responsible to organize, conduct, and evaluate nursing
in-service programs, coordinate the nursing orientation of all new nursing
employees, and other professional and leadership responsibilities to represent
excellence in nursing practice. Prior experience in a staff development role
and/or supervisory/management experience is required. Candidates must be a
licensed professional with a current nursing license in the state of Indiana. A
registered nurse is preferred but not required.
LPN/RN Staff Nurse
Full-time positions are available on various shifts. Current Indiana licensure as an
LPN/RN is required and prior experience at a hospital or long-term facility is
preferred. In addition, the qualified candidate should have MDS and case
mix experience.
Certified Nursing Assistant
Full-time positions are available on evening and night shifts. This position
requires Indiana certification.
Dietary Aide
Full-time day/evening shifts available.
Housekeeping/Laundry Aide
Full-time day/evening shifts available.
